Your complimentary consultation typically takes 30-45 minutes. During this time, we'll assess your hair's health, texture, and density, discuss your goals and lifestyle, and determine the best extension method for your needs. We'll also provide a price quote and answer any questions you may have about the process. This consultation is essential as we do not book extension services without first evaluating your hair.
Will extensions damage my natural hair?
When properly installed and maintained, our extensions should not damage your natural hair. Our health-focused approach and tension-free techniques are specifically designed to protect your natural hair. We carefully assess each client's hair to ensure it's strong enough for extensions and recommend appropriate extension methods based on your hair's condition and needs.
What kind of maintenance do extensions require?
Extensions require regular maintenance to keep them looking their best. This includes using recommended products, proper brushing techniques, and professional adjustments every 6-8 weeks. With each service, we provide detailed care instructions and include a complimentary trim and steam treatment to maintain the health of both your natural hair and extensions.
4. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by text or email if you need to change your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee. For emergencies, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll accommodate you. To reschedule, simply reach out through your preferred communication method.

Our unlimited yearly package includes all maintenance needed throughout the year.
